CJ136 - Control and amplifier circuit for wide range oxygen sensors
Suitable for oxygen sensors by Bosch, NTK or DENSO
Application & Technical Summary
CJ136 is a one-chip solution for controlling oxygen sensors. All circuitry to keep the sensor operational is included in a single chip.
CJ136 supports the continuous regulation of Lambda in the range of ʎ= 0.65 to ∞ (air).
Accuracy is the same as CJ135 and CJ138 due to sensor resistance measurement and heating regulation to keep sensor temperature at a constant level.
Product benefits
- Pump current control and measurement
- Lambda measurement result via SPI interface
- UART interface for GM applications
- Nernst cell reference voltage source
- Extended sensor cell impedance measurement for temperature control
- Active blackening control for maximum sensor protection
- OBD II conformity
Accelerated accuracy
For increased speed the measurement signal is available via UART
