CJ136 - Control and amplifier circuit for wide range oxygen sensors

Suitable for oxygen sensors by Bosch, NTK or DENSO

Application & Technical Summary

CJ136

CJ136 is a one-chip solution for controlling oxygen sensors. All circuitry to keep the sensor operational is included in a single chip.

CJ136 supports the continuous regulation of Lambda in the range of ʎ= 0.65 to ∞ (air).

Accuracy is the same as CJ135 and CJ138 due to sensor resistance measurement and heating regulation to keep sensor temperature at a constant level.

Product benefits

  • Pump current control and measurement
  • Lambda measurement result via SPI interface
  • UART interface for GM applications
  • Nernst cell reference voltage source
  • Extended sensor cell impedance measurement for temperature control
  • Active blackening control for maximum sensor protection
  • OBD II conformity

Accelerated accuracy

For increased speed the measurement signal is available via UART
