CJ136 | Control and amplifier circuit for wide range oxygen sensors

CJ136

Accelerated accuracy - for increased speed the measurement signal is available via UART

CJ136 is a one-chip solution for controlling oxygen sensors. All circuitry to keep the sensor operational is included in a single chip.

CJ136 supports the continuous regulation of Lambda in the range of ʎ= 0.65 to ∞ (air).

Accuracy is the same as CJ135 and CJ138 due to sensor resistance measurement and heating regulation to keep sensor temperature at a constant level.

Benefits

Pump current control and measurement

Lambda measurement result via SPI interface

UART interface for GM applications
