SD148 | Integrated 48V BLDC Motor Controller

The SD148 is a highly integrated automotive BLDC motor controller for 48V systems, combining a 32-bit MCU, gate driver, power management, communication, safety monitoring, and measurement functions in a compact QFN48 package. Designed for cost-optimized and space-constrained automotive motor applications, SD148 supports sensorless and sensored BLDC control for pumps, fans, and blowers up to 2 kW, depending on external MOSFET selection and thermal design.
