SD148 | Value-Based BLDC Motor Controller

The SD148 is a highly integrated motor controller for 3-phase BLDC motors, combining a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M33 core, gate driver, power management, communication, safety, and security features. Designed for automotive-grade reliability and flexibility, it supports up to 2 kW loads via external Power FETs and operates directly from 48V board net.
