Performant, reliable, scalable with exceptional sensing and compute capabilities in 22nm FD-SOI RF-CMOS technology

The SX601 and SX600 are single-chip frequency-modulated constant waveform (FMCW) radar system-on-chip (SoC) operating in the automotive 76-81 GHz band, with radar data processing and peripherals for in-vehicle networking.

They are built in an advanced 22nm FD-SOI RFCMOS technology, which is leveraged to provide excellent millimeter wave sensing performance with high digital integration density at low power dissipation

The SX601 is designed for high-compute applications, e.g., sensor fusion, object classification and tracking, and decision making.

The SX600 is frontend compatible and pin compatible and is designed for applications with lower compute requirements.
