CJ138 | Control and amplifier circuit with pin-pointing for wide range oxygen sensors

CJ138

High-end oxygen sensor ASIC includes CARB pin-pointing capability, software configuration and ultimate accuracy

CJ138 controls linear 1 or 2 cell linear oxygen sensors inside an engine control unit (ECU) for Gasoline or Diesel engines.

The IC can interface with various sensors by configuring the corresponding registers. It also supports CARB sensor pin-pointing diagnostics for engine control applications.

Accuracy is the same as CJ135 and CJ136 due to sensor resistance measurement and heating regulation to keep sensor temperature at a constant level.

Benefits

General interface for use with 1 or 2 cell linear oxygen sensors with the same HW module

Sensor type selectable via software

Pin-pointing diagnosis capability
