RA1 I System IC family for restraint systems

Enables compact, dual-chip airbag control units as well as advanced master/slave multi-chip solutions for high-end demands

RA150/RA140/RA130/RA100 enable compact ASIL D airbag control units, thanks to their high-density airbag deployment firing loops, analog interfaces and sensor connectivity. RA150-RA130 integrate system supply functions including energy reserve, the digital and analog interfaces for crash detection and interior sensors,
as well as a safety controller for microcontroller monitoring, crash verification and firing enable. RA100 is an extension ASIC without system supply functions, but a LIN interface.
