Economical through 3 power-saving modes, which give a very low power consumption

The SMI130 detects acceleration and angular rates in three perpendicular axes (axyz, Ωxyz).It allows tilt, motion, vibration, or shock sensing regardless of the sensor mounting orientation.

The SMI130 contains a digital 16-bit gyroscope (gyro) and a digital 12-bit accelerator with different measurement ranges.The sensor combines knowledge from consumer and automotive electronics.

Numerous programming options, a low signal noise and a small footprint make the SMI130 a highly versatile and easily applied combined inertial sensor for non-safety automotive applications.
