VP150

Beyond reliable H-Bridge Driver, full function coverage for modern parking brake controllers.

VP150 is targeting Automated Parking Brake (APB) applications of 12V battery systems. Four High-side and four Low-side gate pre-drivers are integrated in VP150, and two H-Bridges (H-Bridge A and H-Bridge B) are formed by the gate pre-drivers together with eight external N-MOSFET to drive motors for automated parking brakes typically mounted on rear wheels. Compliant with ISO26262: 2018 and VDA 305.
