18-channel low-side power switch
Application & Technical Summary
CJ950 provides short-circuiting protection for 18 low-side stages. All channels are controlled and constantly monitored via a micro second channel (MSC) interface.
- OUT1 and OUT3 with 3A nominal, 8A for 200 seconds maximum.
- OUT9 and OUT10 for actuators with higher clamping energy.
- Possible parallel connection of stages

- Extensive diagnostic functions for each output channel: Short circuit to battery, short circuit to ground, open load, overtemperature warning
- Stages are disabled when VDD is too low or too high. The same applies when the MSC monitoring detects an error, μC-reset is active or reset pin is pulled low.
