CJ960

CJ960 provides short-circuiting protection for eight low-side stages. All channels are controlled either via SPI, micro second channel (MSC) or parallel interface.

  • Control of OUT1 to OUT8 by MSC or via SPI.
  • Control of OUT1 to OUT6 by input pin.

Product benefits

  • Multiple control interfaces (SPI, MSC, parallel)
  • Extensive diagnostic functions for each output channel: Short circuit to battery, short circuit to ground, open load, overtemperature warning
  • Stages are disabled when VDD is too low or too high. The same applies when the MSC monitoring detects an error, μC-reset is active or reset pin is pulled low.
